Levels of Service


Computer Wizz provides various levels of non-contract support:
  • - Phone and Email Support
  • - Remote Access
  • - Off-Site Depot Repair
  • - On-Site Service
      (Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm)
  • - After Hours On- Site Service
      (Monday - Friday, 6am to 8am and 5pm to   7pm)
  • - Emergency and "Off Hours" Support
      (Monday through Friday, 7pm to 6am   Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)

Managed Services


Fixed Rate Service Contracts
Computer Wizz provides both on-site and off-site support at contract rates negotiated based on customer requirements.

Network Management
Computer Wizz provides active network monitoring and management using sophisticated software as well as managed on-line data backup. Typically 85% of all issues can be resolved without a site visit. Support typically includes:

  • - Maintenance Schedules
  • - Data Backup Management
  • - Alert Scanning
  • - Predictive Analysis
  • - 24x7 Remote Monitoring

IT Outsourcing
Based on agreed upon levels of functionality to support the customers business including guaranteed uptime. In addition to the services mentioned above IT Outsourcing typically includes:

  • - Maintenance of Hardware, Software &   Network
  • - Training of employees

OS Re-Installation or Upgrade
Windows, XP, Vista or Mac OS. Labor only.

System Optimization
Includes spyware/adware/virus removal, clean-up, drive defragmentation, memory optimization, OS patches & updates, drive integrity check.

New Computer Migration - Windows
Configuration of new client computer, installation of applications, software and updates. Transfer of data files. Windows XP, Vista only.

New Computer Migration - Macintosh
Configuration of new client computer, installation of applications, software and updates. Transfer of data files.

Wireless Network Installation
Includes installation and configuration of one wireless router (supplied by client). Labor only.

Wireless Network Troubleshooting
Includes diagnosis and repair of one wireless router.
